First impressions always leaves a great remark however walking into this establishment I saw no one catering to the needs of the lobby area where people sit and eat. The floor wasn’t swept. The tables were filthy. It was hot and it wasn’t the best fresh food smell you’d usually exact walking in. The parking for was cool. The cashier would be speaking to the guests next in line instead of finishing up with the guest who needed to be packed and finished first. The line staff were good. Otherwise the food was the food was good. If I wasnt pressed for time and wanted to sit and eat it, I would have definitely chosen another restaurant.
I love to come to the chipotle to eat because it’s never really crowded like most locations. They staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. But, to my dismay, I ate it yesterday and the lettuce taste like dirt literally. As if they weren’t washed off before serving them. Had to waste my food yesterday. So today I went back and just decided no lettuce. Got home, added the salad dressing and started to mix and eat. Took my first bite, and what do I get in my mouth…plastic . I most definitely will be in there tomorrow to get my money back for my meal in its entirety. This is unacceptable. Y’all gotta do better.
The only reason why I didn't Raye my experience a five is because the app charged me twice, and I was given half my order. However, the manager gave me my other bowl and advised me how to fix my extra charges. He had outstanding customer service.Food: 5/5
Make sure you are watching the people closely who are preparing your order. They do not listen well. I got all the way home and no sour cream on my rice bowl. It does not taste the same without the sour cream. This Chipotle is in Capitol Heights on Aking St.
Went to this location to get dinner. As I was in line there was an announcement that there was no cheese, I had not seen the small sign on the door stating there was no guacamole or chips. The next person in line ordered a bowl with salsa, but the server added sour cream instead of salsa. The customer told her she was not able to redo it over because there was no rice, the customer mentioned you are going to cook it right. It was about 8 pm and this was a Friday. The server said they did not have anymore white rice. This location was out of guacamole, white rice, chips, cheese, and forks.
I am livid ! My teenage daughter placed an order at this location last night through Uber Eats but didn’t eat it until her lunch at school today. Upon beginning to eat, my child finds a piece of chewed up gum in her food . This is absolutely disgusting and extremely unsanitary. I am appalled and will not be letting this one go !
Everything started off well, until the cashier double charged us. We checked our bank and we had 2 different charges for chipotle. At first my husband came up and said hey we got double charged and even though he was showing them the 2 different transactions, the manager had the audacity to say it’s our bank. Instead of trying to actually fix the problem she just kept repeating it. So, me, I go up to see what the commotion was about and saw these 2 DIFFERENT transactions, so I come to the conclusion any other rational person would come to. So now that I’ve entered the picture I ask for a receipt, oh now they have no receipt paper. So we wait for the paper and this heavy set girl is just balling ALL of the receipts up and I’m saying, “hey stop crumpling them up” cause at this point I’m looking for 2 receipts for these 2 transactions. So the young lady continues to crumple them up and rolled her eyes at me. This set me off, not just as a pregnant woman, but as a customer, because how are you going to treat your customers like that, she then hands me some random receipt saying “that’s yours” and I’m like “THIS IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRICE!” As in this is the 3rd set of numbers I’ve seen! So I slid it back to her saying “this is why I said stop!” And at this point I’m about to start grabbing these receipts myself because she isn’t looking and just throwing them away. My husband then tries to remove me from the conversation and I refuse, because 1 your manager is lying 2 your worker is rolling her eyes at me 3 you’re throwing away the receipts! The manager then yells for a worker to call 911! No one has lunged at them, assaulted them, threatened them, and that’s what the manager decided to do. Eventually my husband and the manager find OUR receipt but not the other one that SHOULD'VE actually been refunded. So the manager then says “well I can only refund you this” me now out of the conversation rightfully thinks “why didn’t you grab the next receipt because you know the transactions was back to back and refund us the actual amount we lost which was more than our original payment balance. So they can have that, I just know I’m not going to a chipotle ever again.
Avoid ordering online!! If you give them the chance, they will get your order wrong. On my most recent order they substituted corn for the sour cream I chose. My bowl was dry af and cold by the time it took to pick that sh*t out. This keeps happening. I should know better by now.

Never opens on time. I see so many people leave because they’re on their lunch break. Smh if it opens at 10:45am doors should open at 10:45am. It’s now 11 am and they finally open the doors and two employees are eating bowls already smh.Food: 3/5
