I’ve tried Chipotle at several locations, and my first experience at this one was disappointing. I know the serving sizes aren’t meant to be huge, but as a paying customer, I expect a bowl that’s filled to the top. This one was only half full. Music was on blast doe and when I asked a question about the my receipt the employee kept saying “I can’t hear you”. My bowl is untouched on the pic
Who doesn’t love Chipotle? The food is good and they always pile it on which makes it enough for two meals. My only complaint is every time I visit this establishment it’s always dirty. The tables, the floors and even the door has tons of dirty finger prints on it. I’ve sat inside to enjoy my bowl and I did not see one employee stop by to clean up.
Burrito was thrown in bag undone and with half out of the foil, also large tear in my burrito. Might as well ordered the burrito bowl. My “large”chips were less than a handful portion. Reached out to chipotle directly and they did nothing. This location often forgets to include items and I don’t notice until it’s already delivered.Food: 2/5
Silly situation. I ordered a fountain drink and got a sprite. got back in the car and it tastes like sparkling water. Walk back in thinking it would be a simple fix. Thought wrong. They had me wait around until they could realize they ran out of sprite? Okay whatever they have stocking issues. So I asked if I could just have a bottle of sprite. Manager said they would have to refund me then make a new purchase. I told her I left my card in the car after coming back inside. She said no exceptions it’s policy. All for a few cents difference. You’d think they’d just try to make it less laborious to enjoy my meal from them. Won’t go back.
The guy who made my bowl was nice, and the main guy on register was as well. However, when I was paying, a manager was out switching their drawer, and she was the one who rang me up for my order. She was EXTRMELY rude! Didn't say hi, didn't tell me my total, and she shoved my change at me. I got a bowl, a large chip and queso, and a drink. I paid for a large chip and queso, and they gave me a small of both. When I went back up to the register to tell the workers, they were super annoyed and extremely rude about it. I don't recommend this place to anyone, and I'm never coming back here. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of service at this establishment!
I too, had my lunch ruined by Omar’s “attitude and awful service. I was going to chipotle everyday for the brisket with no issues everybody else is exceptionally kind to me then Omar came back and I haven’t been back since. He yelled at me and said what I had been doing the the past week getting a single taco with toppings is against policy and I can’t do it again. Lol And yes I’d go back if he wasn’t there. Based on the frequency of his name in these reviews and the way every employees’ vibe changes when he’s on the line, he’s really a liability. Hire somebody else or promote somebody from inside.
I don’t know how hard can it be to look at the order and put the right toppings in a bowl??? Every time I order from them something is missing. EVERY TIME! I’m missing 3 toppings from my order now, you literally have one job, how can someone fail at such a simple task???Service: 1/5
immediately got an attitude with us for asking about our mobile order then proceeded to make my friend and i wait for 30 minutes, without an apology or anything. Staff is very easily irritable and need to improve there customer service immediately.Service: 1/5
We live close to this establishment in a high rise so it's a easy go for food or delivery either way they find a way to mess it up. The portions are unbelievable small they forget to add the correct items in person they are rude and disrespectful the place is a mess always out of plastic ware over charge for every item. Have to practically beg to get the amount of food they are charging for. I said I will not go back to this one and so far 2 months with staying clear. I miss the old chipotle where they weren't told to skimp on items for the corporates bottom line I mean it is already very expensive. Over 50$ for 2 people I'm done!!!
We went in at 9:50pm and they put each and every item in less quantity. We were billing and she refilled the corn for the next customer so we asked if she could give some corn in the side. But they charged extra for $1.73 for it. Three staff starting from talking the bowl till billing, each one were rude and had an attitude like we came in at the wrong time. I'm never going back to Chipotle because of these even though I love Chipotle.
