I just ordered on Postmates and I don’t know if the employees just don’t care but shame on you chipotle. How is it that I order a bowl and I don’t even receive what I order. I have missing ingredients and it’s not even close to closing time. You should still have ingredients. I order a basic bowl of White rice, black beans, chicken, tomato salsa, corn salsa, sour cream and cheese. Was it that hard to give me the two salsas cause they’re not in the bowl. This is unexpected. Start training your employees and get better management. Starting from the top cause I’ve been chipotles number one supporter and this has made me never want to get chipotle ever.

Very cold and angry staff. Its as if they are annoyed to take your order. My server ragefully plopped all the ingredients in a bowl without separation for me to eat like dog food. When i asked them to separate it i got the ultimate attitude. Not going here againService: 1/5

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Made a catering ordering to this location 1+ week ahead of my birthday party.  Someone calls me the morning of my party, on a Saturday, to tell me their grill is broken and they can't fulfill my order.  They made NO attempt to transfer the order to a nearby location, which was their job, and chose to process my refund before exploring other options. I spent all of my 24th birthday finding last-minute catering because of their negligence.

One of the worst Chipotle's I have been to. The service was not great. No smiles, no sorry or thank you's. There was no white rice. However, I could wait 20 minutes, so I got brown rice. There was no cheese, and no forks or napkins.  I could tell it was poorly managed.Food: 3/5

I love Chipotle, however, this location needs improvement. The chicken and veggies were extremely salty making it unbearable to consume. I had to throw away both of the chicken bowls purchased. Also, they did not have vinaigrette and chips. Service also could have been better. Will not be returning.Food: 1/5

I hope this establishment shuts down soon. I got here today around 8:40 pm. The place is filthy inside. Now on to the employees the woman serving me had such a nasty attitude as soon as I walked up. I saw there was only a little white rice left I politely asked would more be coming she answered rudely yes and I said I would wait for more to come she then opens a cover tin of full white rice rudely. Then I asked if more brown rice would be coming and she said no rudely. I then said I would take a bowl and burrito with white rice she gives me little to no white rice with both I ask for more she puts a little more with a nasty attitude. I asked for pinto beans there was little to none left I asked if more would be coming she answered again rudely no. I walked out! Please don't go to this chipolte go to the one on fulton and bedford they are not like this I will never go here again I hope they shut down and I will be contacting the corporate office!!

This Chipotle needs to close. This sign has been up  for at least a month and a half stating all the things they don't have. The first pic was taken on August 7th and the other is from today and I've seen it prior to that. How is this acceptable?Food: 1/5

I got 99% chicken which doesn’t even look like it came from a chicken they don’t know how to seal things as soon as I got home I open the bag and my vinaigrette sauce is all over the place. The place itself is so dirty and my bowl taste very interesting not in a good way I’m pretty sure they don’t know what “just a little bit means” but they surely know what it means for rice because then again I got 1% of rice, so for your sake just DoorDash it’s the safer option for the quality of your food and the thing that will save your taste buds.

I didn't think that Chipotle would let me down. This chipotle was horrible. The white rice was overcooked and mushy. I asked for pinto beans and got black beans instead. I also ordered a kids meal and selected fruit and apple juice and did not receive any of it. The burrito was half the size of a normal one and not even well portioned. I'm highly disappointed!

Came here twice today and they didn’t have rice. They really need some adult management in this location, the worst chipotle I ever been in. Make it hard for young black people to get jobs because of the way the people in this chipotle conduct themselves…. Close to home but close down……..
