As paying customers we deserve consistency and we deserve better. This location is closest to my job so when I'm starving I sometimes order here. Every time I order online and then pick up, there's something wrong or missing with my order and the amount of food is smaller. If I order in person, they are better but still tend to leave things. I truly believe there is a lot of room for improvement and hope to see better moving forwards.
I have visited this location before and had no problem. That wasn't the case today. I ordered a chicken bowl and the service was mediocre. I ordered chips and the bags were half of what they used to be but the same price! When I questioned the young lady about it, she didn't seem to care. Poor customer service for sure.Food: 3/5
Nice staff but online order only not indicated on the door. Plus no chips which isn’t mentioned so I put in the online order only to be told I need to go back and get a refund. Two things that could be easily posted on door. The lettuce had lots of brown spots I.e. not fresh.Food: 2/5
DO NOT COME HERE! It’s Straight up TRASH!!! The staff is very unprofessional. They literally told customers don’t come back and I haven’t even been there less than two minutes. It’s ran by children. The manager didn’t care that the employee said everyone can leave to the customers. And she’s standing right next to them as they said it. Just please close your doors and let another restaurant fill the space. You can’t order food here anymore. They don’t allow you to. Everytime you come in you have to place the order online while u wait in the store 30 minutes for them to make it. Only one person is making orders while the staff plays around loudly in the dining area in a crowd. If anything fire the entire staff and bring someone else in. Just asking for the bare minimum and can’t even get that. It’s been the same experience the last 3x times hoping it would change cause it’s close to home but no. J ust trash. It’s was once a really good spot. If u want a night club full of trash just come here.
Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve ordered from here at least 10 times and they have not once gotten an order right. Most recent order was disappointing when the chicken for a chicken quesadilla was put on the side instead of inside the tortilla which isn’t even an option when ordering and all the cheese they put in the tortilla melted out and adhered to the box. Recommend picking-up only and checking the order before leaving
Placed an online pick up order this morning at this location on St. Paul Street thinking like a dummy that it would be better than the one on W. 41st St. because they are horrible. My order was supposed to be ready at 11:10 AM. I got there at 11:30 they didn’t even start making it. Then the girl started to make it and made the completely wrong thing three times and had to throw it away. So then a different girl came over to make it and while she got the items right when I got home and opened it up everything I ordered such as sour cream, cheese, salsa, corn, etc. was completely wrong. So I can say, without a shadow of a doubt Saint Paul Street location and the W. 41st St. location are complete and absolute garbage.
Gotta show my local Chipotle some love. They have their problems mentioned in the other reviews, sure, but it’s still one of the best values on the block and my bowl tastes good every time… even if they gasp are only taking online orders.Recommended dishesBurrito Bowl
Check your order carefully The whole time I was ordering all I heard was “ that’s gonna be extra” But had no cold black Izzy soda, they forgot my chips and no lettuce on my tacos and the pinto beans were tasteless. I was distracted talking to the cashier about the drinks, didn’t realize until I got home multiple items missing. And they charge for the salad dressing. They charge for everything but will forget your basics.
The atmosphere is wonderful per usual. However there were thre young ladies on the line that all had major attitudes and they did not have good customer service either. Very disrespectful. They improperly placed my burrito in the bag. Also had three friends ahead of me that they did not make pay for extras but then charged me and gave me an attitude. Amore was the cashier on the line
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never once been to this place and was glad that I went to this place. I've been living in this neighborhood for 3 years now The person who took my order talked over my food with no mask on the entire time complaining to the people around him about his job. I simply wanted to order my food. I hate that this is the only Chipotle near me. I keep forgetting to never come back here again. I have to change my craving for Mexican food.
