1 star cus Wendy’s tried to off me : Ordered pineapple mango lemonade, got strawberry. I’m super allergic to strawberries and they didn’t call about a substitution. Thankfully I’m really careful about consuming anything pink and didn’t drink any of it my spouse did. Nuggets were good tho
The server at the drive-through duplicated my beverage order. When I told him I only wanted one, he had to get a manager. She was not pleasant at all. Acted like I had done something wrong and almost snatched the drink out of my hand. I had to ask for fresh fries even tho he assured me when I ordered that they would be fresh.Food: 5/5
Is there even a point anymore? This location has gone downhill. We spent $38.00. our fries were cold and half full, nuggets were cold, no straws in the bag and we waited 15 minutes. I would rather you pull me around to park, wait 15 minutes and recieve FRESH food then have to wait 15 min at the window just to recieve cold and stale food.
I loved Wendy's until about 15 years ago. It sure has gone down hill. Dave is turning over in his grave. I stopped getting food at Wendy's years ago because of poorly trained employees. A friend is visiting me from out of town and he wanted to get some food there so we gave it a shot. The guy at the drive-thru had a terrible attitude. He screwed up the drink and didn't understand how to make change. He copped an attitude when I tried to explain the change to him. The manager was equally nasty when I asked to see her to try to fix the problem. Nasty nasty people there. Done with Wendy's forever. Plenty of other places to go where employees don't have a bad attitude and are trained to be polite.
It’s very sad when THE MANAGER exemplifies rudeness and disrespect toward customers. I politely told the manager that my burger was cold. She told me that’s how it usually is. I said okay and told her that my bun was also hard. She reaches toward my car and snatches the burger out of my hand and ordered me to pull up. Another nice employee came to the door to ask if there was a problem with my order. I simply & politely asked for a refund. 11/8/23 @10pm
Manager was rude, swearing at me because they messed up my food order at the end of the night, refused to talk, didn't answer their phones. They tried to turn me away and she continued to be a negative nacy....Idk the managers name but she is Definitely NOT MANAGING MATERIAL. I'll take my business to Gratiot or Bay locationsFood: 2/5

They tired to not give us our order even though the website said they closed at midnight and my online order was made at 11:15. We get there and have to pull up to the window and wait 20 mins before someone comes to tell us to “pull forward and wait for the fresh food”. We get our food another 15 mins later and the drinks are wrong food is stale and all because they wanted to be closed at 11 instead of 12.
Seems like a restaurant, more than a fast food. Food orders take more then 45 minutes at a time. They refuse to hire people and pay them properly. Slumlords.Food: 1/5
The staff here is by far the most incompetent and rude I've ever seen in the fast food industry. I placed a mobile order and when I tried it pick it up at the drive thru, they claimed they never got my order and I had to come inside to talk to the manager. So, I had to park and go in, then the manager had to show the staff how to find the mobile orders for them to finally start making the order I paid for. Then when I complained about the service and the wait, the manager told me I was a door dash driver which I'm not, I'm just a customer and I would have to wait anyways. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
