I love this chipotle, they always give me great portions and are super friendly! I go here a lot and it’s always consistent, definitely recommend.Food: 5/5
I ordered a bowl and instead of lettuce I received a few leaves of spinach. It still tasted fine but was disappointed. Always a surprise when you order off doordash!Food: 4/5
Skimpy portions. We asked for extra rice and extra lettuce and they gave us half a serving. I asked nicely to fix it by providing sides, and they kept helping customers before finishing helping me. This place is filthy. The floors are sticky and when you walk past the soda machine, it smells like human feces. There’s also a pile of hair like someone got a haircut on the sidewalk right in front of their window. Understand that they may not want to take care of that because of all the homeless but the poop smell was stomach churning. Also, disgusting is their customer service. Either the employees are lazy or they don’t care or both. I hate coming here. Parking: The street is really busy and can be very difficult to find parking. Had to go around the block twice before I found something on a side street. Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessible door is constantly broken
I ordered 2 exact same burritos and a burritos bowl. Here is what I got: one burrito was half the size of the other one, the ingredients were mixed up and I feel cheated. When I complained online I got an offer of buy one get one free. I should have had my order refunded at least for the miniature burrito I received - avoid this location at all cost.
The restaurant is still closed until 10:45am. I wish it opens earlier like 6:30am and serves breakfast. Many UC Berkeley students and others are tired to eat in McDonald's which is nearby and would be delighted if Chipotle makes it happen.
There was a string of plastic in my food... I had to throw the rest of it away because I didn't want to risk digesting any other plastic that may have been in it. Extremely concerning.Food: 1/5

Savanah and the other crew members made me feel like at home. The quality of food was over the top delicious. I know from the experiences I've had with other Chipotle that the quality of food depends on the crew members. Hey Chipotle management, these crew members deserve tips!Food: 5/5
Very disappointed with my service at this chipotle. After placing a large take out order, the restaurant did not bother placing labels so orders were half-complete/not included. Underwhelming portions and disgusting quality, extra guacamole add-on looked unappetizing.Food: 1/5
So every time I order a kids meal they do it differently ! They didn't have kids trays so they gave me a bowl. In most cases they give a little more if I don't get meat for my son. This time I get a small spoon of rice & a smaller spoon of beans. This is ridiculous ! Do not go to the Shattuck branch . The San Pablo /REI Chipotle is 10,000 times better . 1 star
