They was only 2 people working at the time that I went. Took a good while to get the order out. What I hated the most or the only thing more than waiting was that there was tons of flies on windows.Food: 2/5
We are visitors from East coast. We ate breakfast here several times. Our food was well prepared. The dining area was very clean. The restroom was very clean. There is a problem being panhandled inside and outside here but very common in Berkeley. Of course, the menu prices are about 30% higher but that is also common here. We like the reliability of a McDonalds breakfast menu and value is there even with higher prices than back East.
one of the more subpar mcds ive been to.. the nuggets here were a bit crunchier than when i got it elsewhere maybe that place was soggier than the next mcds? idk.. it was good. i like crunchy. prrtty busy here--expected for a fast food place close to a university campus and in a downtown area. the staff is very on top of orders and works as quickly as they can, which is much appreciated! i was only a little bit put off when, at around 11 on some night, some guy came in and freaked it a bit... no worries though. i'm not typically a mcdonald's fan, but this experience by no means hurt mcd's standing in my personal ranking of fast food places. way to go! i am a bit sad that i did not get a straw for my slushes. it is ok though, i used a coffee stirrer as a spoon and only spent 40 minutes drinking my shusher. delicious!
There are NOT ENOUGH STAFF at this location. If the manager is reading this you need to hire MORE STAFF there are 800 new students living across the street from this place. Waiting half an hour for a double cheeseburger is ridiculous. Go to the McDonald’s on San Pablo instead. There should never be a crowd of 30 people waiting for food.Food: 3/5
I called three times today about the guy messed up my order today refuse me at the restaurant My name is confidential but the customer service was not it's best today My order was large fries and large coffee Even at the Saint Louis MC Donalds I didn't get trea Treated tis rude Sorry I am upset As also I am a recent employee I know good customer service
I just ordered a sandwich and I waited for more than 25 minutes. After all that waiting, an employee told me that the crispy chicken is not ready, that take longer . I Saw the servers take care more than 10 customers who was ahead of them, and I have to leave whithout getting my order which I paid for it …
Never gives condiments or sauces. Genuinely would give 0 stars. Always gives meal late or sometimes never gives the order!!Food: 1/5
OMG! The health department should close this location! The employees are rude and look like they could hit someone; no lie. Someone asked for a refill of a large drink and they were told no and showed everyone including rude employee that empty cup was filled to top with nothing but ice; so mainly ice and little soda. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese plain & NO salt and large fry NO salt and i received guess what? A quarter pounder with cheese with too much salt and burnt fries with salt. Employee wanted to argue with me until i showed the salt crystals on the fries. It is very apparent employees do not want to be working there and show it with expression and action. The place was dirty. There were not even any homeless like usual and yet the place looked like a dump. Lastly, while waiting, i saw employee handle cash register and then go bag food with no gloves on. 2 employees were handling food and drinks with no gloves on. The health department really needs to close this location.
Another McDonald's in this area without the standard amenities found in pretty much every other state. No plugs for charging, have to ask for basic things like napkins because they're all hidden.... California sucks. They can't figure out their homeless problem, which already sucks. But it also means everyone else has to deal with the inconveniences that comes with.
