I have visited this location for the past 4 years almost consistently everyday. The people there treat you like family, they know my name and order so essentially I'm just having a chat with them while they finish my order. I have found with new employees it takes them some time to get used to the everyday customer, so if you're worried about getting less rice or chicken or you feel they didn't give you enough cheese...SPEAK UP. They'll take care of it for you. I have now known 3 managers that have moved up and continue to come back just to say hello. You'll get an excellent meal and completely according to YOUR taste. If you feel something isn't right? They'll help you out. But you can't expect a change if you don't voice your opinion. A lot of hard work goes behind the scenes to make everything ready, so give them a little break.

Today, on 8/13/2016 at 4:30am, I woke up from becoming nauseated and immediately had to rush to the restroom because Chipotle gave me mouth-to-rear end treatment. I ordered two steak burrito bowls at 7:15pm. The customer service was excellent. The food tasted good. However, everything that came up and was processed out was entirely the Chipotle meal. Additionally, on 8/2/2016, my friend became sick last week from eating at Chipotle, but I thought "yeah, yeah, you probably ate something else the night before". She was vomiting and had to miss work. Please avoid eating here. I'm a very active and healthy 29-year old man. Run on the track and lift weights 3-5 days daily. But food poisoning doesn't matter who or what you are. You eat = midnight poopy treat. Moreover, I called the Maryland Health Department.

Always busy and sometimes it is difficult getting your order correct because of the pace of the process. You have to be specific with what you order e.g., extra rice, corn, etc. Park in the back. The staff is usually really rushed in service so there is not much interaction to rate the customer service. Tables take time to clear/clean after patrons are done eating.
