One of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The cashier seemed to have no sense urgency, took her dear sweet time ringing things up, and made us repeat each item 3-4 times. It took longer for her to take our order (2 drinks & a cake pop) then it took to actually make the drinks.

The workers here are fantastic and very personable. The area is clean with enough seating for their usual amount of customers. I've enjoyed studying here with their fast wifi and pleasant environment. It has a convenient location in a shopping center as well. The only reason this has received 4 stars versus 5 is because Starbucks coffee is just not my favorite.

There should not be a Starbucks in this shopping center. The parking lot is to small and the traffic patterns do not support the volume of cars. It was a very dangerous stop due to amount of people flying through the very congested parking lot.

I really like coffee so I go to Starbucks all over this area regularly. The Starbucks at Burnt Mills has exceptionally friendly staff and speedy service. Service with a smile is a cliche but it is the norm at this location.

Very clean location. Staff here is really friendly and quick w service. Place is spotless and there is plenty of seating for small to large groups. Google internet and usb ready charging outlets
