Now that they've got the online ordering fixed I feel comfortable giving them a good review. LOVE that I can order online and just deal with the cashiers, no offense to the other employees. There's a better chance when dealing with just cashiers and can just walk up to them and get my done order that I get nicer attitudes. Because I'm not cranky from standing in line and going from person to person and telling them what I want for ingredients on each different order, and I never go with just one order either, usually have 3+ orders to get correct. And my chances are smaller to run into a cranky person putting ingredients on, and me being cranky while standing in line. Not a good combination to have me cranky and them cranky. So, my experience so far has been better ordering online. The last 2 experiences have been fabulous!! The cashiers I picked my food up from were REALLY nice. Especially tonight's cashier! The young lady was SUPER NICE, friendly and fast!! I wish I would've remembered her name. They were busy for 915-930pm and she was still nice. I've had nothing but yummy experiences with the food here. So, I definitely would and do recommend friends to go to this location.

Great food, grwat customer service. Real speedy so even at lunch hour you can still order && dine in && be back to work on time.

Placed an order online and it was ready right on time when I picked it up. No waiting. I was a hero at work bringing lunch back so quickly! It was great food too!!

Best Chipotle I’ve been to— The folks here are so nice, especially Jasmine. Overall, people who work at Chipotle here in the Springs are champs. Thanks guys!

Slow service and all 4 of us had an issue with the food. Never going again.
