I ordered a grilled cheese and broccoli and cheddar bread bowl, both came fast and were very good. Great quality food for the price. Cashier was friendly. However, all of the tables inside were very very dirty. There was no place to sit where the table wasn't covered in crumbs. Staff needs to be more attentive to cleaning the tables at this location.

I ordered via delivery online about a week ago. They had forgotten to place my side in the bag. When I asked the delivery driver if she happened to have an extra one, she promptly said she would go back and retrieve my full order! She was so sweet and it was nice of her to offer to go the extra mile. She returned with my side... and with an extra 2 for the inconvenience. I will always order from my local Panera in the future because of this great display of customer service.

I got food delivered today and the service was excellent! I received the food in only 5 min from ordering it online. They got my order exactly how I wanted it. I will definitely be referring the delivery service to my friends!

I haven’t done this before, but I am changing my review. Here’s my original review:
Great food! Very busy! It is very helpful to order in advance! Soup, sandwiches, bagels, and cookies are worth the wait!

I gave the restaurant 5 stars. I have changed it to three stars. My reasons are: 

1. Even placing orders days in advance, I often don’t get items that are standard  menu items (ie, cookies and pastries). When I arrive there is a note saying the item is out and I am offered a replacement. 

2. For months the bagels have been over cooked to the point of not being worth eating. 

3. Mistakes with orders. 

At first I thought the problem was that they were setting up delivery and catering. I thought the additions were causing problems, I choose to give them time to see if the problems would work out. They didn’t. After being steady customers of Panera’s from Kansas to California and back home to Colorado, we have been going elsewhere for our bakery and sandwich needs.

I have been to this location about 5 times and they have not gotten my order correct a single time.  The last 2 times I went and ordered to go and it took over 35 min for my salad, only to find out that it was made wrong. Today, after waiting 15 min, the manger told me my order was lost. 10 min later, I walked out the door to realize they messed up my order.  After returning to the manger and telling him the mistake,  he just says "you're kidding.  Ok. We'll make that again". No sorrys. For all this,  he didn't offer to pay for the sandwich or give me an extra bag of chips or a coupon for another meal or anything. Today was my last straw.  I absolutely love Panera and this is only a 3 min drive, but I'd rather drive across town than deal with this unapologetically bad location.
