Wow, what a great experience we had here! We ordered 10 burritos for a family event. They far exceeded our size expectations! Everyone declared that they were the biggest burritos they had ever seen. We even weighed one. It was 2.5 lbs! Seriously, we saved the leftovers which will make a whole meal in themselves.

For all those who complain about small burrito size... the answer is simple. Just ask for "extra." I asked the manager at this location about some of the complaints about the burrito size variation and she very nicely explained that at their location they actually follow the "portion" specifications, but any customer is free to ask for "extra" (at no additional cost except for meat and guac). She explained that the confusion is because some locations (like Hagerstown) get tired of people asking for "extra" so they always give everyone extra. Seems to me corporate should enforce consistency across all locations to avoid confusion.

Overall, our experience with staff and food quality here was excellent. They were all very kind and helpful even during their rush hour.

Very good food. The guac. is outstanding. I read all meat but the pork is cooked in a rice bran oil and it's not very healthy. The cooked veggies are cooked in the rice bran oil as well.  Please switch to an organic healthy oil!

Generally, a decent location. Food quality is solid but I do recall one visit where my fajita veggies where nearly charcoal. I was already home and hungry so I let it slide. Portion sizes are what one might expect and staff is usually friendly enough.

Never crowded when I have gone. Foods good bit there has been a couple times they have not wrapped my burrito right and it was very messy.
