For $10 (without a drink) you'd think you could get quality chicken in your meal, but I had to spit out about a third of mine because it was inedible non-meat. Why doesn't this ever happen at other restaurants?

I would like to acknowledge an outstanding worker named Chris. He offered great customer service and knows how to wrap a burrito unlike other workers.
