We ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken for entree for a large family gathering. We had heard so much about Rosanna's we were excited to serve it. When the entree finally came out of the oven, there was no chicken. When we called Rosanna's about the problem, they said they were sorry and would refund the cost of the chicken. Despite me advising how detrimental it was to the meal again, she again said they were sorry and the cost of the chicken would be returned to the credit card in 4-5 days. Wow, very disappointing.

IMPORTANT: THEY STOP SERVING AT 7:00. After that it's only take out. This was quite a trip. I'm a sucker for pasta, so of course I had to come here. (they make it fresh!) Spinach ravioli: 5/5 Gnocchi: 10/5 so delicious!!! Plus, they have some very savory garlic bread that's yummy dipped in marinara sauce. And I think the other people I went with enjoyed their pepperoni pizza. At first, i was a little unsure about this place, because a lady somewhat rudely told us that they stopped serving at 7, so we'd have to order take out (I think it was Rosanna- probably having a long day). But our waitress told us it was a miscommunication, and we could still be served because we arrived before 7. Speaking of that waitress: She is SO NICE. She's very sociable and just a genuinely nice person. I didn't catch her name, but she's probably the main reason I'm giving this five stars (on the receipt her name is "Staff #1"). We told her we'd try to hurry eating our food so we wouldn't keep them after closing hours. Once we were leaving, she gave us four tiramisus! For free! Just for our trouble. I was blown away by her kindness.

Been here many times. The food is absolutely great at Rosanna pasta. Are portions are a great value in good quality and ingredients. Fettuccine Alfredo is full of thickness and creaminess, fresh and delicious bread, and the lasagna is one of the best that I ever tried! The pizza are good although too! I will hold or wish to be as a great experience, but I only complaint about the owner, but not the most friendliest or the most claim or polite owner. But I will come back again!
