It was a rude guy in there being mean to the works and got into a fight with a young lady for defending the workers!!! He was horrible. But i loved my food and the crew there

I LOVE Chipotle, but unfortunately this location is the slowest of the chain I have ever been to. I am currently standing in a line, that when I joined had 10 people ahead of me. It has been 20 minutes and I still have not ordered. The employees are slow and lackadaisical, as well as easily confused. On more than one occasion in the past I have gotten the wrong order or had them start over just based on them not paying attention. On another occasion I had made an online order ahead and waited in the store after the pick up time for a nearly extra 15 minutes, I could have stood in line​ and gotten the whole way through before they started making my order. Overall, I am always disappointed in this location, but keep giving it another chance because of convenience, but from now on I will drive the extra bit to either go to the Fairfax or Norwood location as they are always great.

not sure if they understand anything about cleanliness and appearance. the counters seem just disgusting. big turn off, actually walked out just because of this.
