I highly recommend Chisholm, Chisholm, and Kilpatrick to represent veterans.  CCK handled my claim with the V.A.  My interests were represented in a timely manner and I was kept informed at every stage.  I felt that I could ask questions and my concerns were heard. It has been one of the best legal experiences that I have personally encountered. Their follow up and their follow thru has been on perfect terms. Wow, they have given me a celebrity experience!!! Impressive..!! The point of the matter is,this case with the government was a very ,prolonged  and pretest battle,they handled with every and all of assurance,devotion,integrity,poise,etc...They touched every line of their profession with perfection.  They are so awesome,brilliant they"re terrific!!!  Thumbs up for me.! I really appreciate and thank them for all  that they've done. For what its worth.,Bless You.!!!

I called to get a consultation per their commercial. I explained where I was in the claims process. I was in the reconsideration phase. I spent at least 40 mins of giving the intern or paralegal my personal info. At the end of this phone interview she tells me that they can't take my case until I'm denied the reconsideration. What a scam. You give all your info for their statistics. Very disappointed. Do not trust this firm. This is not the way you treat a War Veteran.

An outstanding and professional law firm that kept me informed throughout my appeal process. The staff and claim's advocates that work in the firm always answered my questions and concerns. I have recommended the firm to veterans and will continue to do so in the  future. I'm very happy that I used Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick to handle my appeal. Thanks to the Firm again for their hard work in assisting me.

Having chosen CC&K to handle my LTD case against the insurance company, was the best decision we made.  Mason Waring, Stephanie Friedel, and other members of CC&K, would be who you would want on your Team. What I appreciated most, is they believed I had a case and were willing to fight and ultimately achieved a victory.  They were not only attorney’s, but were advocates on my behalf to deal with the questions and paperwork from the insurance company.  If I did not chose CC&K to handle my case, likely would not have resulted in a victory as they are extremely knowledgeable and hard working to handle these types of cases.  Having gone through cancer treatments including a stem cell transplant, all I wanted from the insurance company was what was due to me, and CC&K met those expectations; you’re not just a client, but treated like a person by everyone at CC&K.
