If work at Asbury Aldersgate is any indication, this company does substandard work and does not follow up on complaints & problems. In a brand new 3 month old bldg, we have ice machines & washing machines that don’t work & company does not respond to multiple requests. A month or so ago during a cold spell, we were without heat on our hall, creating a dangerous situation for these elderly &  sick patients. Choate did not come on the scene for greater than 24 hours. Worst of all, during the bitter cold spell, there were pipes that froze & burst, creating flooding with residents having to be emergently evacuated. At least 2 residents had pieces of the ceiling fall down on them. My information is that the pipes were inadequately or not insulated at all. They are already having to repair cracks & repaint.

What a pleasure it has been to work with Choate! Specifically their marketing specialist Kimberly Kelly.  Their collaboration on TKC projects makes marketing those projects so smooth. Awesome CLT business!!
