they build horribly, the wood in the houses are moldy, rotten, and bowing under pressure, the structural integrity of the house is extremely impacted and the house is very expensive. There is trash everywhere on the lot.

we did not have a good experience with Westwood

it was our opinion they corners cut

we felt the contract process was very shady and not on the up and up

we felt their communication during construction was very poor

we would never use them again or give a recommendation to anyone EVER
