Story

Choice Title, Inc. has been owned and operated by Sheila Bonnette since 1989, specializing in real estate services and title insurance throughout the State of Louisiana. In addition to our expertise in the closing service, we also provide other notary and legal services.
Our entire staff is trained and qualified to provide superior customer service, both before and after the sale. Included in our staff are five notaries and two attorneys, who also serve as closing notaries. Flexibility is the main focus of Choice Title, as we believe that our clients should not be overly inconvenienced during the stressful period of buying or selling their homes. Sheila Bonnette and Choice Title employees are active members of many organizations and participate in several charitable fundraisers. These include: Louisiana Land Title Association, American Land Title Association, Louisiana Notary Association, Professional Women's Organization, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Organization, Saints Board of Realtors, Baton Rouge Board of Realtors, St. John Business Association, River Region Chamber of Commerce, Ascension Chamber of Commerce, North Ascension Rotary Club, Ascension Council of Realtors and several BNI Chapters.
