We used them to finalize the sale of our property and we were not impressed by their communication levels. On the day of our closing we go through all of the paperwork and when I take out my checkbook to write the closing cost check they tell me that I have to have a cashier's check or equivalent for that amount. They tell me this at 4:55 on a weekday so we had to rush to the bank to ensure we could close that day. I would recommend them in spite of this oversight but be sure that you ask questions if you are a first time user of such services.

Walter and his staff at commerce title are extremely nice to work with and very very efficient. You can count on them to get things done at a reasonable price as well.
