Called here for a sick visit for my child to be seen right away and they were so accommodating and friendly over the phone.  Just moved to the area and was looking for new pediatrics and had a bad experience somewhere else when I tried to transfer my childrens' records. They were so fast and efficient and I didn't even have to wait when I got there.  Also had a great experience with Dr. Slack!  I'm thrilled to have found my kids new pediatricians!

This was my first time taking my children to this office and Dr. Herrell was our physician. She was spectacular! I've never met a doctor like her. Her bedside manners were the best! Not only did she take the time to learn about our family but she was beyond friendly and extremely informative and caring. I feel extremely blessed to have found such an amazing doctor for my children. The best of the best!

Our family has been with Chop/Dr. Long for 18 years now. Great set of knowledgeable doctors and nurses. Attentive staff. Phone service during & after hours is very good. I will be quite sad when the boys grow up and acquire other doctors!

Great people ... Including Doctors .. Nurses and people at front desk!!! Very helpful and courteous..

If at all I have to dig for a complaint, it may be the parking and with them moving to new location, I believe that will also be resolved
