I will never go back. NO bedside manner or empathy. However what I did receive were 2 tissues and a "good luck" as I left the office.

Dr. Richards is a excellent health care provider. I'm a Gulf War Veteran with a lot of chronic pain Dr. Richards has relieved my pain in my lower back giving me some quality of life back. I have been living with back pain for years only getting a small amount of relief from pain medications . Medications only help for a while then start giving me severe side effects. Thanks to Dr. Richards I'm now looking forward to continuing pain management knowing I can get relief and have a positive attitude if I need more treatments in the future .Quality of life was missing for years. Better days are ahead for me.
