I had a terrible experience. The man was supposed to deliver my neighbors are sleep and he had my number but he honked the horn. Then when I opened the door he took 5 minutes to get out the car and when he finally came to the door and when I asked him if he has change he didnt even answer me he just started pulling out money then snatched the money out of my hand and gave my not even the right amount of change and drove off.

Their food tastes good. The staff takes orders fast, their menu has a variety of options to choose from (ex fried chicken, general tso, pepper steak shrimp fried rice) And they deliver! My family,& I have ordered from them and we never had a problem with them.

I don't know who the other people who wrote these reviews experienced, but my experience with them has been mediocre, at best, until today. Today, they were downright RUDE! Customer service is indeed not their strong suit. I had food delivered and when the female driver arrived, she told me to come out to the car. When I insisted she meet me at my front door, she did so reluctantly and was rude and began to loud talk and told me they don't come to the door. Really??!! This is not the first time I ordered from them and each time they came to the door. The she said, still loud, with, I guess her best attempt at putting me in my place..."next time you order...." I interrupted her and informed her she had just cancelled any "next times". She got louder and I waved and said "Bye...", waving her off, and she stormed off in a huff. I have never had anyone deliver to my home and behave that way. They can have all that... I can't eat food prepared or handled by people with nasty dispositions. The neighbor's dog ate it....

I've never had a problem​ w/ this place until now. I placed an order for delivery. They got the order incorrect. We called to hav it replaced due to having a severe shrimp allergy in our home. They told us we had to bring it in..But we r unable to do this hence the reason for delivery. Then they said they would send a driver which they did NOT. They also Hing up on us not once but twice. We were more than willing to jus exchange the food. Their customer service is terrible. So now we r more than willing to take our business elsewhere from now on. I suggest u do.the same. Order at your own risk n pray they get ur order correct.

Haven't been there in years, ordered chicken fried rice when I Inquired about chicken or LACK OF he asked me what size did u get I said small he trying me YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Other people I know dealt with them and had to go to magistrate ENOUGH IS ENOUGH FOR ME
