We use the self-serve dog wash rooms all the time! No mess at home, and they’ve got everything there, towels, shampoo, conditioner, air dryer...I’m sure we do a better job than we would at home in the tub, and no mess to clean up! We get coupons because we’re in their rewards program. The staff people are friendly and they are pretty knowledgeable, can usually steer me to the right leash or toy or whatever for our dog.

I will not shop anywhere else!  They are always willing to price match for me and take competitors coupons.  
Emily is wonderful!  I have been shopping here for years and I am always excited to see when she is working.  She is always friendly, respectful, positive, professional, and goes above and beyond to help me!  She far exceeds all my expectations and I have heard many customers say the same thing about her. Also she is very knowledgeable about the products and helped me switch my dog over a new food which has worked incredible for him!  
I always receive great customer service here and will always recommend Chow Hound to my friends!

This location doesn't have the baths, so I typically go to the other locations.  They do have the food I purchase, though (FROMM), so it is good for that.
