Staff as very good to work with. But every fish I have gotten from here has died. I've had my water tested everytime and turned out good. My fish from petsmart last longer. I went In for fish one time and one of the fish had ich and the staff that sold it to me didn't realize it. Next batch of replacement fish all had bacterial infections. I chose to buy my fish else where

There's currently a young lady here that's been able to answer all of my crazy pet questions. After buying our house last years my husband has decided our kids need all these animals (it was mutual but he gets blamed). Between the dogs, cat and snakes idk what I would do or who I would turn to w my crazy questions. I have never even owned a goldfish! I literally ask for her by name now bc the other employees aren't as capable (maybe they just can't handle me! Lol) so thank you Destiny for always being amazingly helpful and kind!!

I bought a ferret at VIPets and it was clearly unhealthy and died. I called in to alert the store and to see if it had happened to anyone else. The manager told me she had never heard of anything like that and was uninterested in taking my information. She was even implying it was my fault. When I told my husband, he said he had talked to her a few days before about the ferret dying. I would not be expecting an honesty or responsibility from this pet shop.

Nice store! They offer salt water fish, corals, fresh water fish, reptiles, rabbits, birds & pet rodents. Large variety of supplies to outfit fish & reptile tanks. Only a small selection of feline toys. They offer bulk seed & feed options, carriers & cages, small selection of cat trees.
