Dont trust them said we were insured when we were not. Asked chris about it he said he could not help us what do you mean you cant help us he got very rude and said he owns this location. Useless place to count on because insurance is a big deal so dont even count on this place they could ruin your life. Chris rose is lair and wont return  your messages or call back because he was hiding because he knows he screwed up big time. I will be going to headquarters in Bloomington to tell them how horrible this agency really is. Hopefully i saved your time maybe even your life but do not trust  this agency take your business esle where.

If i could give negative stars, i would.
Don't trust them with your business!
This office has no clue what they are doing. Names misprinted on insurance cards, emails go unanswered, and phone calls just ring in the office and never get picked up even during working hours, and when you have an issue they will be the first to tell you they can't help.

The staff at this office is amazing!  They are always there to make sure that you are taken care of and everything is in place for you.  I highly recommend them!!
