very unprofessional and rude customer service. My home policy rates were  increased by 55% without my knowledge. No claims in 20 years but still without any explanation my premium was increased. In addition to the rates my deductibles were increased from $1000 to 2% without my consent. Very poor service. Stay away from this office.

Been with State Farm and Chris Tighe for almost 20 years.  Nothing but praise for this agency.  Always come through and exceed your expectations when you need them.  Would not even consider changing to a bargain internet company because of their personal touch.  Have homeowners and two auto policies with them.

I had an excellent experience with the State Farm office located at 102-13 Metropolitan Ave. Forest Hills, NY 11375, particularly with Mr. Daniel Borek, who through his knowledge and experience was able to assist and explain in detail the importance of auto, life and property insurance.  His professional endeavor and care is irreplaceable.
