Left a message for Rodney the owner, he never returned my call, obviously he doesn't give a darn about his business practices, Crystal never returns phone calls, phones ring, they can see who's calling and never pick up the calls, the people that work there never return calls as promise, this state farm needs to return customers back their money for paying into an insurance that's not supported.

Tried to complete an agent switch from Yonkers to Brooklyn and was completely ignored. They claim they never received my request for the agent change. After numerous attempts to speak to an agent or manager I was kept on hold for long periods of time. I was told that someone would call me back in which they never did. And the funny thing is I am a former client of theirs. I figure the switch would be simple but apparently it is not due to the incompetence of the staff. Rodney Shannon, I hope you are not losing money due to your staff and if so you need to change them.
