The staff at this store is absolutely phenomenal. Knowledgeable friendly and down-to-earth don't even begin to describe my first experience at this store. A huge shout-out to Katrina and Joanna for helping me figure out everything I needed to when I didn't even know where to start. I definitely left feeling happy and educated and excited.

I attempted to return clothing here that was unworn with the tags on. When I tried it on at home it didn't fit right and I realized it was because it was cheap quality. I waa extremely offended by the man/lady??? that "helped" me. She dumped the garments out of the bag and would barely touch them even though they clearly had not been worn. Says alot about the "clientelle" here. I will stick with Velvet Box from now on. Much higher quality products and classy people.

The staff is always helpful. I love the selection of items they carry and appreciate the plus size lingerie they Catt. I love going to ladies night! It's always fun and informative. Great place.
