I found Dede on YouTube and have been watching and enjoying her videos ever since. I love her no nonsense way and the way she cares about every part of her business. She's a great teacher for the pet parents and takes care of the animals and makes the process safe for all or just admits it's a no go. I'm not a groomer but like to be able to do a few things for my fur babies at home and have learned so much. She also has the products in her store that I can use and feel confident that I'm not doing more than what I should for the knowledge that I have. Her response time is amazing and she's just cares about every part of her business. Plus she's a hoot! ;-)

Best groomer ever!!  Dede takes such care with every pet she grooms. She does an incredible job and is especially great with older and less mobile pets. I’ve been around the pet industry for 10 plus years and I can’t say enough good things about her. It’s obvious she has a great love for pets and their well being. Need a competent, compassionate, caring groomer?!  You’ve found her!!

Terrific online groomer & mentor for those who want to learn the trade or just groom their own dogs.  We bought grooming supplies from her and they arrived very fast from Texas (we're in Boston.)  Great service, great prices, great (FREE!) videos, great groomer.

Dede is awesome! Her YouTube instructions are great for learning how to take care of our 4 legged friends. Dede will help you build your grooming order and advises where you can save money on supplies. It's an absolute pleasure working with her.

I found Dede through YouTube! After learning she wasn't too far, I booked an appointment for my dog, Toby. He's what we think is a German Shepherd and Border Collie mix. Dede did such a good job with him! He's beautiful! And his fur is so soft, and he feels so much better too, having his long fur shortened. Plus, no treats! Which is great for Toby and his poor sensitive stomach. I'm so glad I booked the appointment, and we will be visiting Dede in the future! Thanks so much!!
