THIS IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY.  LOST ITEMS.  BROKEN ITEMS.  NO COMMUNICATION.  NEGLIGIBLE ACCOUNTABILITY.  

Company has F rating with the BBB.  I agree with the other posters who said, if they could give a negative rating, they would.

They broke the glass top to my dining room table while loading it.  They said they would pay me for it.  I spent hours finding the most inexpensive one that would suffice.  They took over a  month to send me a check and it bounced!  No one will reply to my emails or phone calls.  Horrible!

Broke all  my mothers china...not even wrapped and we paid for it to be wrapped. then offered 60 dollars as replacement. disgusting

Christian Family Movers were wonderful. We had two moves in one month & they were on time, friendly & very careful with our possessions. We paid exactly what we were quoted....no surprises like some businesses do. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

When we booked the move with them, we were promised that our goods would stay on the trucks for 5 days and unloaded at the destination, even though paid extra. The mover unloaded our goods and reloaded them causing a lot of damage that Stevens refuses to acknowledge. Crushed some boxes and a table, and company will not compensate since boxes were packed by us,  we did not crush them. There are items missing as well and somehow a poor copy of my signature is on bill of lading even though I refused to sign. Move was horrible and moving company unreliable and dishonest. And Stevens is even worse to deal with.
