I randomly selected this office hoping for a great experience... and it did not happen. As a new patient they did X-rays at which cut the bottom of my mouth. After that they did an exam on my gums outside, inside, top and bottom; which hurt while they were doing it and i told them. It is now 3 days later and i have taken Motrin around the clock. I initially went for a cracked tooth at which they did not even touch. I spent 2 hours there & I literally had to walk myself out of the office because 2 hours is not possible with a toddler. I would never recommend this facility.

My best advice is to go somewhere else! These people are terrible!!! They don’t rinse your mouth out with anything, just leave you with a mouth full! They will ban you for life if you miss one appointment!! It’s nothing but rude ass foreigners that work there also! Just go to the next dentist, I promise you will regret going to this place. The stars don’t like they barly have 4 stars!!

Be careful.. these peoples doing scam on your pocket. I called billing department multiple times and left the voice message but no response. Even one day I visited the office and  after waiting for long, they said they don't have time. One day I got a call from the billing department and the lady was very rude. She keeps asking me to talk to insurance. I am planning to take legal action against this office.

I thought they were great. Until the triage dental program switched providers and they refused to renew the contract to be in-network in between scheduled appointments. And at my next appointment proceeded to not inform me I was no longer covered, while using an enamel strengthening gel that I was told was fully covered. When I got the bill I called multiple times and left voicemails with no response. I forgot about it when school started up and three months later I got a call from the billing department telling me they were sending my bill to collections. It was a very sad way of handling it.

I had quite a few procedures performed over the course of a 5 week period. First and foremost, I want to say THANK YOU  to Dr. Gham and Ms. Karen who were the BEST team I'd ever worked with as well as Ms. Jasmine at the front desk. These team members were VERY Pleasant, patient, informed and compassionate in making sure my Treatment (Tx) Goals & Tx Plans were THOROUGHLY explained which afforded me options to amend if needed.  Midway thru my Tx, there was an incident that arose and I had to immediately seek upper management to intervene.  Dr. Arm, Ms. Lola, Ms. Trish & Dr. Linda seen to it that my account, patient care and service was efficiently handled with follow-up, flexibility, understanding and resolve. This was pertinent to our patient/provider relationship and detrimental to the outcome which as of this review, I am satisfied with and look forward to this level of consistency in quality patient care they've been known to exemplify. Thanks for all your efforts, I appreciate it greatly.
