I've always been very happy using the Cosenza Agency for all of my insurance needs. Over the last 6 months I had the need to be in touch with State Farm about my auto insurance and have been working with Aggie Stanczyk. Her dedication to making sure every client is happy is her number one priority. She goes above and beyond to make sure that she has presented the best financial option available for you. It's hard to find customer service thats puts your best interests first. State Farm is lucky to have such a well informed and incredibly nice person working for them.

We have been with The Cosenza Agency for over 35 years! That fact alone speaks volumes. But here's some more detail: everyone we've ever been in contact with - starting with Christine Cosenza herself - has been thorough, professional, knowledgeable and (especially rare these days) responsive and caring. If those are qualities you're looking for in an insurance agent, look no further.

We have been with Statefarm for a long time, first in Nyc and then Westield, and have always felt well covered and taken care off. I appreciate everybody I have been in touch with at this agency.

It's so nice to have a hometown agency take care of our insurance needs instead of dealing with a faceless company. We have been with Cosenza for decades and are still happy with the professional and friendly service we receive.

After  years of harassment, we finally made the move to another insurance company.  We saved $3300 on the new policies and received much better coverage.  We hated State Farm and most especially Christine Cosenza's agent Matt Palmer.  Matt did spot visits numerous times. He then would threaten to cancel our coverage if we did not comply with his orders.  What a terrible agency! I do not know if most State Farm offices are like this are if it was just Christine Cosenza's agency. I m so happy with our new company!
