Edwin Sosa help me open a State Farm credit card and he was very helpful very on time and never failed me also the manager Samantha is very helpful and everyone is very attentive and my experience was amazing

They are hands down very good in what they do at this State Farm office, they make u feel at home when I come into the office, I'm grateful to have them in my conner dealing with my insurance matters, Thanks for ur SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Awful customer service and not responsive, especially agent Edwin Sosa. My home insurance ended up being cancelled my State Farm underwriter because they needed to do a Inspection inside my home but my agent never told me. I had to reach out to them after I received the letter from underwriting, the agent promised to call me back by end of of week but never did. I reached out to his manager and the response back was complete lies about how Edwin had called me and left voicemails on multiple days. Stay away from them, they are not responsive and lie.
