Took my xterra there for transmission problem. They called me later and said it needed replaced. I asked them how much it cost for them to replace it with a used transmission if I got one. They called me back about an hour later and told me $1000, so I went and got one the next day and took it there. A week and a half later they called me and said they were starting on it and noticed an oil leak in the pan and wanted me to know it was pitted and seeping oil. I said I would be up later that day to checkit out. About another hour later they called me again and told me come get the SUV it was rusty underneath and to hard for them to do it. I really think that they could of told me that the day they gave me the estimate instead of keeping my SUV for a week and a half then saying that they can not do it. They came highly rated to me but I will never send a customer to them.

Quality service, knowledgeable technicians, friendly service. Tommy & his guys are pretty hard to beat.

Never had an issue there. Always does repairs at a fair price. If only he was not a Steelers fan than he would be perfect.

I think the show is ok...and the guys seem like a pretty good bunch of guys...however , as stated in a previous review regarding pushrods and headers...l must agree that the guys need to get there facts straight while on camera. Some viewers actually know something about cars.
Also...they claim to be returning these cars to the owners in perfect shape and order and yet it's clearly seen on tv that the hoods are always misaligned ( camaro ) , trim is missing ( chevelle ) , serp belt not on the pulley correctly ( dart ) , mediocre body work at best ,etc etc.  And fake blowers...come on seriously.
If you're gonna be on national tv and claim to do such excellent work.. then maybe you guys should pay more attention to detail....or get a different camera man....one that can skip over all the obvious screw ups.
You're making yourselves look like a bunch of clowns...and if the show reflects your performance at the real shop in any way...then it's safe to say l wouldn't let you work on my wheel barrow.

Anyone reviewing this shop based on the TV show has a screw loose. I don't know if any the guys are actors but clearly they follow a script & the shop on TV is a set and not the actual location. It's entertainment people! So keep your "there" instead of "their" and your "i cave them my" language nonsense and stick it in your tailpipe. Enjoy the show and the cars and stop looking for technical accuracy.
