Having dealt with several Auto repair places over the last 30 years, there's ONE place that has stood for me during the last 15: Firestone!  Whether it was this location (my NOW go to) OR the Belmont Ave store, they have always done exceptional work; followed through on ANY issues or problems and where needed, not charged for the "little things" like plugs for my tirewell shield or air stem caps and kept me apprised of all future work my manufacturer has recommended.  THIS has kept me a loyal customer for years and I continue to see them first for my 4 wheeled baby! 
(Example: During an oil change some years ago, apparently I received a faulty oil filter. Realizing I was having a problem, some weeks later, I went back and without question they redid my oil change for free! No excuses, no questions.)

I like their tires. One guy tried to get me to replace a brand new tire. Now I don't trust them.

I went here for an alignment and was told my CV joints were bad. Took the car to my regular mechanic who showed me the clean slices through both my CV boots.  I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. This was a purely rotten and insidious thing to do.

This place is very professional. The store manager, Tony, works very well with customers, is very proud of his work, and has incredibly high professionalism. The crew works quickly and accurately! 5 out of 5!
