I had the best customer service experience of my life at the Christopher & Banks outlet store in Branson in June 2017.  Store manager Shannon Don went above and beyond to help me three weeks after I had shopped there (twice!) during my Branson vacation.  I  realized  after getting back home and finally finishing my unpacking that I had unwittingly left one of my purchases at the store.  Shannon was so sweet and helpful on the phone, and quickly shipped my lovely pointelle vest .  I am now a fan for life, and my experience with Shannon has ensured that C&B has me as a loyal customer.  (it was also a very fun shopping experience, helpful staff and very cute clothes at great prices!!)

Store manager is amazing!! The girls there are fantastic! They always keep the store neat and tidy! They are amazing at helping people figure out outfits in a pinch!! They have Misses, Petites, and Women's sizes all in one store!!
