My family and I were shopping at the Tanger Outlets in PA around 5 pm. My son in law was looking for a pair of pants to wear to a wedding. She acted annoyed that we were there in the first place but she said she would go get a diff color. We waited and waited and we saw her behind the counter folding items and my son n law asked if she found the pair of pants and she literally said no they are right there in front of you....super rude.  She knew we were waiting and just let us stand there. There is no excuse for such poor customer service.  Of coarse we just left but if you want to sell merchandise she might need a customer service  refresher class

I went to this store with my dad yesterday, and he was trying on some of their classic fit shirts in the size he usually wears. The sales associate was extremely rude to him. She made a couple negative comments about how the shirt fit him, and I overheard her being just straight up mean to a couple other customers while we were shopping. Overall, the atmosphere in the store was very unwelcoming. If you’re not a rich, fit, white person, I can pretty much promise you that you won’t be treated well here.

Would not recommend here. If staff feel that you are not worthy to shop here they will lie to your face and tell you that they do not carry something meanwhile you were just looking at. My fiancé and I were looking at 2XL short sleeve shirts and the associate told us they didn’t have them while I was looking directly at them hanging next to us as she was talking.

If you want nice clothing at a reasonable price, this is the place.  The selection is not great, but good enough for a couple shirts or a working sport coat.  People are always helpful but don't crowd you.

My fiancé bought a set suit from the store a month ago and founded out the shoulder pads are too wide. So we wanted to get exchanged. The staff in the store were so unprofessional and not helpful at all. One clerk attempted to help, but gave up very quickly. We continued to find the suit jacket to match the pant. The clerk just walked back to the register area and gossiping with each other. Absolutely not recommend at all. If I have the option to pick the no star, I will do it... we will never go back again....!!!

Went to buy a suit jacket. One representative initially attempted to help, but quickly left us to search for a match ourselves. When we approached him again he was talking with the other associates. The gave us a short "that's all we have" in regards to a particular style. We left shortly thereafter without making a purchase. We will not be returning here.  Edit: replying to owner Thanks for responding Kim! I was very frustrated driving all the way out and receiving poor service. A few months prior I had visited your Grove City location and had a great experience. I appreciate your apology. Perhaps I'll give your store another shot in the future.

Best place for quality casual & dress clothing.  Price-quality combo is unmatched by competition. I also love the help & attention I receive from the staff, finding my right size in the various styles they offer.  They care, & it shows.  I will always buy my work clothing from here. While the collection is superb, the treatment of customers is sub-par. The sales personnel at Haggar were unsociable to the point of being rude and we walked out of the store empty handed though we went in with the intent of purchasing well worth over $150. Unless the sales personnel are replaced or at least taught some manners, I believe the store will face losses.

This is my favorite clothing store and I will go out of my way to go here.  The lady working the counter helped me find what I was looking for right away, and even helped me get different sizes while I was trying things on.

Reba was the best, she put together great combs of shirts and ties for me and the suit with flex fabric is one of the most comfortable suits I’ve ever worn. And best of all the prices are great.
