Always friendly great service. I couldn't find the fountain soda that my girlfriend wanted and then saw a glass bottle of coca-cola and he let me switch with no up charge even though it cost double. Food has always been great and accurate even when I modify the order, which kitchens hate (As a chef I know). I would drive 20+ minutes one way to get a good cheese steak from them if in the mood for one.

Not bad for a late night snack. Partly my own fault, but the chair I sat in was sticky and left a residue on my jeans. Service was 7/10. Their fries always do the trick. Sandwiches are hit and miss, depending on what you're into. Good service, and not too busy usually. There's a parking lot, but it can get pretty crazy because of the size.

So I ordered a "Philly" thru Uber eats. Upon unwrapping the sandwich i come to find there's no cheese. Considering cheese is a pretty important ingredient in a CHEESE steak I called the store. Not once not twice but three times I'm told to "look under the meat". I'm a F*$king Wisconsinite I know what cheese looks like and I can clearly see there is none. Moral of the story. Chubbys has poor quality, poor service and seem to have forgotten how to make there flagship product.

Called in pick up order.  Show up and pay to wait 25 minutes for my order.  Watch every walk up customer get food before these employees figure out my order is sitting on the counter getting cold . They never called my number. When i did get my order it was screwed up. Put peppers and onions on a philly that was ordered with only cheese.  All the employees are too high to function and busy itching there nose to get your order right.

This was really good at 2am on new years day. The menu looked solid. I'll definitely give it another try!
