Filippo's has the best fried chicken in Milwaukee hands down.  I have been looking for the best fried chicken in Milwaukee, and have gone to all the places that supposedly are highly rated for their fried chicken based on ratings I have seen on the internet , all of the places I tried were not that great.  Filippo's has great fried chicken, they use a proprietary method using a frying pressure cooker that seals in all the juices, and leaves a beautiful light crispy crust on the out side.  This is a small takeout place so you may have to wait a bit to get your order, but it is absolutely worth the wait.
