This place truly does deserve 5 stars for service. When we went there the employees were so super helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and that the kids had a great time. The place was really clean and it was a great environment. The only thing I was disappointed about was the lack of quality when it came to the food. The Pizza was definitely not as good as I remember when I was a kid. But even with that said, everything else was so good that I will definitely be taking my nieces and nephews back to there again.
My family and I had an over all decent time at this Chuck E Cheese. We've been to several over the years an I can honestly say the location in burlington is one that my family an I will return to in the future. The employees were very professional an polite. Theres a variety of games to play for kids an adults.
We took our 2 year old here today. Wasn't much for him to do because most of the games for the smaller kids were not working properly. No step stools for the smaller kids either. Pricey for not being able to do much. Staff didn't really seem to care about their jobs.. just getting the paycheck. No one stands at the kid check station. We were about to leave and no one came over to check our hands until we mentioned it to them.
I took my daughter here and she was very excited by all the games. The food may not be the best and is exspensive, but it is hard to find arcades for young children. Overall it was a good experience. Kid-friendliness: Good games for kids
The arcades with guns like the Luigi's Mansion and the Pirates were not working properly. The air hockey also not working. The maintenance to the games needs to be improved.Food: 2/5
honestly this is the best place to have a birthday party sure it's expensive, but the kids have so much fun that it's worth for me. They get pizza, unlimited drinks, 2 hours of unlimited play, goody bags, ticket blaster. it's great. plus I don't have to clean up the party afterwords!
Great deal for kids birthdays. Flat rate for each kid and include everything. Highly recommend for kids birthday parties, up until seven or eight. No Frankenstein pizza. Not the largest Chuck E. Cheese, but it has the best games, and the stage area is well done. A lot of fun on weekdays when their is a smaller crowd.
The pizza is actually bomb The restaurant and arcade games were clean, friendly staff and the kiddos loved it.
Celebrated my son's 9th birthday here. At first I thought it was a bit too pricy but after the party it was Worth it! The customer service was amazing our host was Emmanuel. Everything was provides for us the boys had a awsome time Chuck E came out every 30 minutes, and everyone had a blast. The passes worked the whole time, they all got what they wanted in the prizes and i barley had to do anything.All the games where working, and the pizza was delicious and so was the ice cream!!! Would definitely go here again!!!
It was really clean, very friendly staff. So helpful! We were the only ones there for 2 hours! Friday 4=6pm. And at 6 only couple others showed up. Will definitely be going back. There is nothing I would change about the experience we had their. Except I wish they would go back to tokens an tickets instead of putting all on cards. Great atmosphere!
