We sat in the store for the past 30’ minutes. When we arrived to the store it was 7:00pm and we waited until a person came over to ask us about or order. As we proceed to wait we overheard that our first pizza we ordered was burnt so they had to remake it again. And while the second one was sitting and waiting on the counter top the whole time. I am completely disappointed and disgusted by the service and quality at this domino’s and it’s employees. After receiving the pizza it was semi warm and not even properly cut.
I just left Dominos and Burlington and and met the manager Erica. She was the sweetest person and so kind and polite everybody there was so nice even the delivery man offered me his chair. I can’t believe the difference in the store since November it’s about time Dominos hired great help good . Erica job well Done Dominoes is lucky to have you represent their name !
If I could give negative stars. They take forever Almost an hour and 45 min to get my food. The tracker stated the driver was in my neighborhood and after looking at the gps they weren’t even in the same town. Horrible, not a way to run a business. I tried calling, was also on hold for 17 min before hanging up. Do Yourself a favor and just order from villa rosa down the street.
Whole store is disrespectful down to the drivers . Worst experience ever ordering from a dominos. Store needs to be shut down until they can hire respectable staff. Mangers ain’t right either cuz if they were that store wouldn’t have so many f’d up reviews. Don’t order your food here you got better chances at a real pizzeria they are horrible n disrespectful n they will hang up in your face!! After you tell them about them selves
Picked up my online order, normally everything stacked and ready, got there 2 people ahead of me, watched young man walking around with tickets checking and moving boxes around , opened several on shelf with food in them to check contents ? Several times he did this !! When he came to me he apparently didn't know where my order was.... walked around and proceeded to remove other food from ovens. When another employee came over they finally figured out where my order was....the stuff on the shelf the other employee kept opening for some reason, he never came back to explain anything !!! HOW IS THAT SANITARY And keeping my order hot!!!! Need to orient their staff better !!!!
Ordered the Honolulu Hawaiian but got a veggie pizza delivered instead. After taking the first slice, found an ant crawling around inside the box. It was definitely in a place that made it feel like it traveled with the pizza to us. Finally got a picture of it crawling away from the pizza where we originally found it.
They offer a wide range of pizzas and other food items. I especially enjoy the thin crust Hawaiian pizza.
THE WORST!!!!! Ordered a pizza 1.5 hours ago … NOTHING!!! I called and was told by 2 different employees it was on its way!!! This establishment will NEVER AGAIN
They have been "Quality Checking" our pizza for 45 minutes. Other much better pizza places could make and deliver in the same time time from farther away UPDATE: It has been 2 hours since the order and they are finally actually at my neighborhood. I called 35 minutes ago and they talked me down from cancelling by saying it'd only be 10 minutes. UPDATE 2: Pizza was cold upon arrival Never ordering from this Dominos again
These people are a scam. The driver called me 2 times to get the address and still couldn’t figure it out. He drove around Florence and parked in a random location with my order for an entire hour. I saw all the activity from the pizza tracker delivery system on their website. I called and told them I wanted a refund and no longer wanted the food. And instead of taking the pizza back to the restaurant, the driver dropped it off at a random person’s house the woman that got the pizza called me the next day because my phone number and name was on the box. I would never order from ANY Domino’s ever again and highly recommend no one else does either. I called the restaurant the next day and asked for the managers name so I could get my refund and report what the driver did by putting my personal information on some strangers doorstep, however I was told by an employee that she didn’t know the manager’s name. I reported it to corporate. And yes I’m still waiting for my refund. I’m reporting them to the better business bureau. Their employees violated a lot of guidelines.
