Great safe place for the family! We were greeted by Guadalupe who was very professional and excellent at her job! For entry you are required to take a group photo. This is so a child cannot leave without the adult who brought them in. I found this to be very impressive! Cleanliness! I couldn't believe how clean this place was! We were there for a total of four hours and the entire time staff was continually walking around disinfecting all of the games. Guadalupe actually apologized for cleaning a booth next to us. Yes you heard me, she apologized for cleaning! She was very professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs the entire time we were there. She is a great employee! Make her manager! Pricing For a family of four. Children 8&5, We were satisfied with one medium pizza and one breadstick. The cost was $24.35 We then bought two 90 minute unlimited game cards for a total of $50. This was enough time to do all the games the kids wanted. $75 for a great time and it was worth it
Had a large group birthday party yesterday. Our host was great! Definitely worth the money. The kids get wrist bands for 2 hours, pizza, birthday bags, hats, and more. Clean location too!
We were there to celebrate my son's birthday. We are from out of town, so we didn't have enough kids to invite for an official party even though that's all he asked for for his birthday. The staff was friendly and helpful in making his birthday special. We ordered their cake and were excited to find out that Chuck E delivers them personally even if you didn't schedule a party. As far as play time, I was unsure about the unlimited option, but grew to love it quickly. We paid for 1.5 hrs and it was perfect. I didn't stress over them spending all of their tokens on just one thing. I didn't stress about them "wasting" tokens on something they probably wouldn't like. I was able to just let them go explore and have fun. The worker at the prize counter was very patient. She also immediately rounded up. We were easily able to buy an additional prize for the birthday boy too. If there was anything I didn't like, it was the small toddler moving skee-ball balls around, but I don't think that's so much about the business as it is about the parents that weren't supervising. But, it's nice to be somewhere that has the extra level of safety that I don't have to stand next to my child at all times. Instead of matching hand stamps, they now take a picture of the family together with your phone or you can choose to just do a family selfie. So, the child has to be pictured with you at their entrance to leave with you.
I decided to bring my kids here since they had been doing good in school with report cards filled with F+ which was better than their previous report card. The food tasted like food and the arcade games were fun. My kids were happy and I told them if they can get all F+ again I'll bring them back here. We also got a picture with Chucky which we will cherish forever.
Always a fun place to bring the kids!! The unlimited tokens per hour is the way to go and it makes for a fun time everytime!! Love their pizza and salad bar options. Chuck e. Cheese was there during our time and the kids enjoyed dancing and singing with him. Come here for a fun time!!
The staff was very friendly and energetic with the kids and they were more than accommodating. My 2 kids had fun at the birthday party they attended and the play cards were fairly easy to use for them. The pizza was surprisingly good. The digital ticket system works well with the all you can play aspect.
It was my grand daughter's birthday! The kids had a great time with their parents Grand parents and friends. The food was delicious! The salad bar was fresh and great! The restrooms were well stocked and pretty clean considering all the children! Want a good family fun try it, you might want to come again!Food: 5/5
THIS is a fantastic place. So much fun!!! The staff is exceptional. Especially David!! My son, who has autism, had his 30th birthday party here in 2021 and David was a fantastic host. We still go here several times each year. Great pizza. I wish they had kept the Power drop game and the corn dogs but we will have a blast when we come here!!
Good place for kids parties, lots to keep them busy for a few hours. Clean facility, friendly staff. Food is pricey but that seems to be the way it is at most places now. Overall, I would recommend for a child's bday or just a few hours out with the kids.
Must say for a kids place it felt very safe and secure letting kids go free. Also feel it is very well priced vs other venues similar. Can't believe they compare the pizza to Pizza Hut's as it is just flat out bad though. Still great place for kids to play safely and at good price just eat before or after you go.Food: 2/5
