The pizza and salad bar and wings are good but honestly who goes there for the food. The reason this place get 2 stars is simply service and cleanliness. I know that I can't expect much for a place that caters to little kids but that's not the point. If you strive for excellence you will get there but you need to try and you need to hire better people who care about the atmosphere that take pride in there work but by saying that I think maybe they are just under paid. I feel competition is heating up in this area and there are several other options that you can take your kids for there birthday but that's just it. This place offers a place you can bring your kids anytime and that's where they fail the most at with the games being out of order. The amount of seating ratio to the amount of guests. Please consider limiting the amount of children and parents you let I assure you that even the parents are going to appreciate it because no one likes to look or even wait for a table. A new system needs to be organized that avoids those problems. I hate to say it but this place is obsolete and only serves to prove what people consumers have to come to expect from a fast food chain restaurant

Too few ticket counters, and broken too often. Food is fine. Children get annoyed with every game giving same amount of tickets.

Very large location, lots of games. Neat, clean & we'll maintained. Lots of parking. Very tasty pizzas - specially the one with the barbecue flavor. A little overcrowded during the weekends. Kids really love the place.

Such a shame. Women’s bathroom had poop on the floor, couple stalls down had pee all over the floor. Obviously, did not use the women’s bathroom, so we waited for the single family bathroom. About 15 minutes later, the employee left the single family bathroom, but only to have it wreaking of weed. This is a child’s “playground” and he really couldn’t have gone outside to do that? Why should my daughter inhale drugs because this employee has no care for the children? I wrote to corporate! I really hope something gets done here!

My kid love visiting it and enjoys for at least two hours. Games are not too exciting for the kids as they get four tickets only, no matter how well they play the game. So that's a disappointment for the kids. Overall it's okay to kill your time .
