My family and I frequent this location from time to time. My son loves Chuck E Cheese's we went this past Friday for his Birthday after a long day of celebrating. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating, and as usual my son had a great time! Thank you to the staff!

Love the customer service from the cashier. He was very helpful and kind. I love the few upgrades that were done here. The card use is so much easier than all those damn coins. I'll be returning with my niece and nephew soon.

I love Chuck E Cheese but the one in Hempstead is the MOST ghetto Chuck E Cheese EVER! Nothing against the workers its the location. The place reeked of weed the mother's were not watching let alone controlling their children. Bad kids running around trying to beat up Chuck E the mouse. It was too crowd and so small. I will NEVER EVER visit this location again. I don't care even if it's a family member's birthday party....I will not attend.

Security for children is why I rated it 4 stars. However, they advertise that their menu (for adults)has improved but the salad bar isn't available until after 2pm. Until then they only had pizza slices that didn't look very appealing and plain lettuce on a lunch buffet. Lunch including the full salad bar should be available at noon.
