This place as the people the work there are disgusting, NO HYGIENE! I saw the so called manager picking his nose, went to the bathroom and handle food without washing his hands. They have rats and cockroaches in the kitchen. Don't go there, safe yourself a trip to the hospital by getting sick by these people. There are many more places where you can eat, really clean and good food with nice service. I will never eat there and I recommend you, to stay away.

I decided to go since the reviews were okay. The food was great. The rotisserie chicken was cooked well. The chaufa rice was a good portion. Alll servings were big portions. The only thing is they should get more waiters/waitresses....you do have to wait a little bit to get there attention or for them to come and ask if anything else is needed. But overall a good experience.

The food is really good, BUT service is horrible. Also, a mosquito was found in my friend's water. When informing the manager she instead got angry with me and said, "you cant come here and tell me how to compensate for the mosquito. I tell you how I want to compensate you. So, no, I dont think this is a very big issue or an issue at all". Then walked away and took a very long time in getting our order out. Then took another 20 minutes for the check bc the waiter didnt know which order belonged to who. I tried this place like 5 times and it seems the service only gets worst. So unfortunate.

Only thing good in this place is the chicha... Food didnt taste so great... Huancaina sauce was horrible made w cheddar cheese instead of queso fresco and palillo lol tasted like metal.. aji de gallina was watery and the ocopa was ok the service was good the taste of the food wasnt the waitress fault so based on all this i give them a 3 but wouldnt recommend this place nor go back here. Sorry.
