A bit of a spooky Chuck E Cheese. Old school band, which is cool, but the animatronics are worn down and barely functioning, plus it's dark. It doesn't seem as busy as other Chuck's, which is a bonus. Staff is incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly. Machines are dusty/dirty. Many are broken and don't give tickets. I despise all Chuck's in general. Have had to go once to twice a year for birthdays (not my choice) for the past 5 years. Despite my low rating on this one, I actually prefer it over the others as I like how low key it is. But, really, they all suck. Please choose a different place to patronize for your kid's birthday, or any reason. Just don't go.

My family gathered for my nephews birthday party at this location. To start with, there was no one at the entrance to let us in or let others out. The lines were extremely long because from what I could see all the self serve point stations were broken, the ticket munchers kept breaking, and several of the games were broken yet still taking points from people's cards... so everyone had to be in the same line for help as people ordering food, causing backups. We were there for at least 3 hours (from about 3pm- about 6pm) and in that time the bathrooms were never cleaned or restocked. There was no hand soap, no toilet paper, and no paper towels. If there's no soap in the bathrooms, how in the world were the employees washing their hands before making our pizza after using the restroom?? It was extremely difficult to find a member of staff when we needed one, yet when we looked towards the kitchen area there were at least 10 people just standing around chit chatting. The photo sketcher was broken the entire time we were there, and we notified staff multipul times, yet nothing was done. Instead, my group spent all evening warning people not to try and use it because they were wasting their points. Finally a member of staff allowed us to borrow a highlighter so we could make our own 'out of order' sign since they refused to. A short while later they 'fixed' it and removed our sign. Big surprise, it wasn't fixed. Eventually a disgruntled guest just unplugged the thing so people would stop having their money stolen. While we were there a little girl was lost and couldn't find her mother. When a member of my group finally found a staff member to help us find her mother, he said he doesn't have a way to help her. So my family member had no help finding the girls family, but after a while they were reunited. Basically, I could rant about this place all day long... but it is by far the worst Chuck E cheese we've ever been to.

Good times - Absolute fun as can be!! Affordable too, if they don't double charge you 2 times in a row lol. Horrible staff - 1 person taking tickets and runing back and forth to take food order too, she double charged me $100, twice - then couldn't give figure out how to refund it, now my son has enough credits to play games all summer long, oh well. Even worst Manager - was being rude to everyone in line in front of us, thank goodness the kids didn't notice. Management just walks away from people each and every time they ask a simple question. Noticed a lot of frustrated people when we arrived. Oh well, we had a great time just be prepared for the absolute worst staff ever. It was a lot of fun but it seemed like the manager was about to kill herself in front of all the kids and all the staff clearly don't like the job at all and hate kids, sure us strange they would hire those people for a kids place. Again it was fun and weird all in one experience. Also the Pizza was really good quality, I'd give the Pizza 5 stars and the fun 5 stars and the manager 1 star for being mean to all those people in line.

My experience with Chuck-E-Cheese has changed since they have taken out the fun play area. Now they only have games that require you to slide a card that you pay for and the games they provide are limited. They took out the play area and turned it into a large room that has enough space for a large party. There is now a stage where they have mechanical characters singing and dancing. Most of the time a lot of the games are broken/ out of order. The staff are doing their best at keeping everyone happy. It does take such a long time to get through the line to either order food or pay for a card. Although they do have a kiosk to help with the card situation. I do wish they would have kept the kids play area.. I think their business has slowed down a lot since they have gotten rid of it.

Not how I remembered it as a kid. Maybe 3 actual arcade games and threat were gambling machines. All in all though the toddler loved it and that's all that matters. Lol
