Did anyone ever wonder why is it that Arm & Hammer shares its property with the National Nuclear Security bldg! The federal government is forking out billions of dollars a year to Arm & Hammer to create sodium bicarbonate in other words (baking soda) thousands of workers a year that work for the national nuclear Security Administration are subject to radiation but only they know there is no better therapy for radiation sickness then intense sodium bicarbonate these two buildings are connected with a underground tunnel these contaminated employees are then soaked in a bathtub full of baking soda and water Presto no more contamination! So just to let you know America if there is a nuclear fallout about to happen don't go to the store and buy a bunch of freaking food that's contaminated anyway or going to be contaminated buy all the sodium bicarbonate that you can find you didn't hear that from me the federal government don't like people telling their secrets.

Appt at 13:30 arrived at 10 unloaded in 30 min lot of room nice staff even the yard dog was nice

Fast unload. Had an appointment for 1300. Arrived at 0800. Was unloaded by 0830.

There is no overnight parking in the lot. However, on the other side of Botts Rd. is 142nd St. It has a wide cul-de-sac at the end with good parking for over-night.

From a truck driver's perspective, the staff is friendly, professional, and they unloaded us ahead of our appointment time. The lot is big, and easy to navigate.
