I love churches chicken is always hot delicious. The customer service is excellent. Everyone was nice patient because it was a long line of people trying to order food. Very average Chicken Sandwich, the spicy taste mild, more bread than meat, don't believe the hype. Much better product at Popeye's for the same price. $3.99.

Food is hot and fresh because you always have to wait. This time the wait is 10 minutes for a chicken biscuit. Why? That's all you sell is chicken but yet every time a come I have to wait. Every time!!!!! Ok I'll just take a cinnamon roll. Sorry the wait on a cinnamon roll is 20 minutes! It's 8am why don't you have cinnamon rolls ready?

Used to love their chickens,  but in the past 3 years,  I think they stopped marinating their chicken.  Chicken tastes flavor less.   So,  just get their spicy version to get some flavor.  Ordered okra as my side,  they forgot to give it to me.  So,  manager apologized and gave me a larger order of freshly made okra.

I love churches but the portion sizes on their family meal sides  are absurd. We recently got a family meal that was supposed to come with a large fry.... It came with a medium fry... Now mind you the price for a "large" is 5.00 an I can get a larger fry anywhere in town. The Mac an cheese was a absolute joke I got two teeny tiny portions  an this meal was supposed to feed 4-6 people. The ratio on the sides are definitely too small for the amount of chicken I had. Which was a 12 PC an 8 biscuits or something like that. There tea is really good though, an we love the Chicken.

The food is hot and fresh, but that's probably because they don't seem to start cooking anything until you arrive. There were very few customers, but the kitchen seemed unprepared to deal with any of them. If you visit this restaurant and they tell you that there will be a wait for your food, it would be smart for you to double that number in your head to get the true amount of time that it's going to take for you to get your food.

The cashier was very friendly. I had to wait for fresh chicken, which I didn't mind. While I was waiting the cashier  offered me a drink for the wait. I really appreciated that, because I had been Christmas shopping. The only problem was I ordered the special that included chicken strips, legs and thighs, plus 2 sides for 15.00. I got home and all dark meat, no strips. I even asked for dipping sauce and didn't have anything to dip. 30 minutes to wait and still didn't get what I ordered. Bummer.

Ordered a 8pc mixed got 2 legs 2 thighs 4 big breast that were soggy and burnt at the same time. I call to let them know what they gave me wasn’t up to par. The lady told me to bring in my receipt to replace my order. I told her no thanks I’ll be receiving a full refund of the cash I paid to you. This is unacceptable $43.21 for you to tell me we’ll remake it no Ma’am.

I wish that I could give 0 stars. So, I ordered 2 18 pc mixed chicken meals on Doordash. The order gets delivered and there is only 1 18 piece meal. The reason that I ordered through Doordash is because I did not want to take a 40 min round trip. I called that place at least 10 times in 10 mins. I got a busy signal. I assume that the phone was off the hook. I then get in my car to make this unnecessary 40 min trip. I called another 2 times while I was driving, busy signal. I get there, explain what happened to the manager. He apologized, blamed it on the new guy and gave me what I thought was the remainder of my order. That was not the case, I guess that I shouldn't have assumed that A manager would get my order right, that was my fault. I get he and I have 18 pcs of chicken, 3 biscuits should have been 6 and no fries there should have been 3 orders. This place will never get another dime of my money. With the cost of the food, Doordash and tip, I spent over $100. Not to mention the 40 mins that I spent driving. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

Service was slow and the chicken my chicken tenders were over cooked. My wife said that hers were fine. I had the spicy she had the regular tenders. Maybe they were cooked at different times.
