I’m not going to claim food poisoning, because honestly, I’m not a doctor and don’t go to the doctor until symptoms are outside the realm of “stomach bug” or “flu” or “a cold”…  However, about three bites into my DELICIOUS Hunter’s Club, my appetite just disappeared, I set my sandwich down, out of character, for sure and momentarily later, I started feeling wooozy/nausea with little pre-vomit burps.  The sub tasted great, and was exactly what I wanted for lunch. Maybe I was just having an off day ‍.

I was about to give up on Jimmy Johns because the last couple times I’ve ordered they have gotten it wrong by leaving several ingredients out despite it being a mobile order and them having exactly what I wanted in front of them. This was my first time at this location, but they literally made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. I had been looking forward to eating that sandwich all day as I had recently been sick and it was the only thing that sounded good to me and they did not disappoint. The staff was also super friendly and polite. Thank you for making my first meal after a lengthy illness so amazing.

Direct sun light really bothered customers who are looking for tables. Our sandwiches were okay except the breads were too dried. $30 disappointment

I absolutely love this place.  I get the unwhich lettuce wrapped sandwich, and it is amazing.  I encourage you to go outside your usual pick and try it... It's pretty tasty. Service is quick and friendly.Food: 5/5

Sandwich was wrong. Asked for onions didn't get then. Staff is non-communicative. They treat you like you are disturbing them. Had to ask them to do an additional transaction so I could get chips and a drink with the combos I just purchased. Cashier watched me ask my son what kind of chips he wanted before he read me the total. In turn it cost more to buy them seperate of the sandwich. They only added 1 drink and 1 bag of chips for 2 people. He did offer another transaction to correct it but in frustration I gave up on it being a reasonable experience. Collected my food and left. Sandwich was terrible I took one bite threw it in the trash and went next door to west coast taco shop. It had more pickles on it than meat and cheese combined. Silver lining my seven year old enjoyed his chips and Sandwich. I won't be back to this location for sure. The level of incompetence makes it a painful experience.

I’ve ordered from this place both online and in person probably over 100 times, or damn well near that number. Jimmy Johns has always been the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of McDonalds. Jimmy Johns has NOT ONE SINGLE TIME messed up my order no matter how complicated it is vs McDonalds who will screw up one basic cheeseburger.

Pretty upset... After days of watching commercials for the new summer wraps, I thought I would try the chicken Caesar salad wrap and my husband tried the Thai chicken wrap. I did a curbside pickup. Pulling into the parking lot, I realized that there is no "Curbside" parking. I arrived, put my hazards on like the email instructions say and waited THIRTY MINUTES. I went inside to ask what was going on, only to find out my order was sitting on a shelf this entire time. The tracker didn't even say that my order was finished, just that it was received. The worst part of it all... My CHICKEN Caesar salad wrap had NO chicken. I didn't even realize until halfway through when I kept asking myself why it tasted "off" and opened the wrap. Very disappointing.
